Unique, beautiful and with incredible views across the Aegean to the island of Antiparos, this home sits in an elevated position perfect for sun worshippers. Surrounded by olive trees and built into a slope to really make the most of the views, it sits on a large estate with just five other villas. And while you'll have two spacious, sheltered terraces, an outdoor lounge area and an eight-person Jacuzzi all to yourselves, there's also a shared infinity pool to be enjoyed. Built with typical Cycladic architecture, the home has upside-down accommodation, with the living area and kitchen upstairs, as well as a dining terrace with incredible views and a second terrace with comfy seating – perfect for enjoying those famous sunsets. Meanwhile, the quiet bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with an outdoor area with sofas and your Jacuzzi. Just a five-minute drive from the little village of Aliki for a shop and restaurants, and fifteen minutes from lively Parikia, the beach at Pounta, known for its excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing, is also just a few minutes away by car.
